Select students could receive a full tuition and fee scholarship in Creighton’s accelerated 12-month Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program in Phoenix through Creighton Ignite Scholars: A NEW Opportunity for Nursing. This scholarship is offered in exchange for a four-year commitment to nursing service within Arizona. Additional details:

  • Full tuition and fees are paid for, if awarded
  • Prerequisites, including bachelor’s degree, must be completed before enrollment
  • Four-year (30 hours/week) nursing work service commitment upon graduation in the state of Arizona

There are a limited number of scholarships available to students enrolling for the first time in either the Fall of 2023 or in the Spring of 2024.

  • Are online nursing programs accredited?

    The Creighton University School of Nursing offers a master of science in nursing (MSN), doctor of nursing practice (DNP) and post-graduate nursing certificates, each 100% online. All of our online nursing programs – as well as our on-campus nursing programs – are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).

  • How long are nursing programs to complete?

    This depends on the degree type you are enrolled in. Please request more information for program-specific time to completion.

  • What is the admissions process?

    How to get into a nursing program is dependent on which program you wish to be admitted to. Each nursing programs has a different set of requirements.   • Where can I take Creighton University Nursing program classes?

    Depending on which nursing program you enroll in, classes are offered on three campuses: Grand Island and Omaha, Nebraska, and Phoenix, Arizona, as well as online. See individual program descriptions above to find out exactly where you can take classes. Note: nursing master's degrees are only available online and the Dual Degree is only available at Grand Island, Nebraska.
